This industry-shaking venture redefined high-end air travel with carefully curated amenities and partnerships. Among its notable collaborators were acclaimed chef Charlie Palmer, who designed an exceptional in-flight dining experience, and renowned vintner Kathryn Hall, who elevated the wine offerings with selections from her prestigious vineyards.
